In an age where the impact of climate change is ever apparent, a culture shift is needed at a grassroot community level to deliver new everyday behavioural norms. There is an opportunity to develop Southampton Station as an existing social space wherein consideration is given to the user flow through an educational environment which embraces its users and promotes a culture of sustainability within the city.

A community hub with the intention of promoting a sense of inclusion through exhibition and the provision of local amenities encompassing retail opportunities as well as spaces for work and social interaction.
