Every year Bournemouth becomes home to newly graduated design students ages 21 and up. With development in technology increasing at a rapid pace, design within technology is becoming more popular and current. The intention for this space is to create a transitional working environment between student life and digital design opportunities. 

By opening up the building space to incorporate work efficient and sustainable living, with outdoor areas and collaborative co-living, the space will be transformed from a 1970s basic structure into a design for tomorrow. An environment that can be called home over the duration of up to 6 months, will be developed alongside Maslow’s Hierarchy of needs, as well as the main question. What is home?
